JetBlue Foundation


Giving back has always been part of JetBlue’s culture, but it lacked a cohesive strategy for doing so. The JetBlue leadership team wanted to focus their giving in a way that fit their industry and their brand, and engaged ɫ to advise and assist on a range of issues related to the creation, administration and ongoing operations of the JetBlue Foundation.

To help JetBlue clarify a path to the impact it hoped to achieve, ɫ conducted a high-level benchmarking looking at corporate philanthropy practices, including structures, management, budget, staffing practices and other relevant data. Based on our findings, we provided guidance and suggested templates for JetBlue to adapt regarding policies and procedures required for the effective administration and operation of the JetBlue Foundation.
